Step by Step
Take SBS 160 (from Jurong East), 170 (from Queen Street), SMRT 950 (from Woodlands) or a Causeway Link bus. Clear Singapore immigration at Woodlands, ride across, then clear Malaysian immigration at JB CIQ (Sultan Iskandar Building).
The KTM Shuttle Tebrau runs from Woodlands Train Checkpoint to JB Sentral in about 5 minutes — book ahead on busy days. JB Sentral connects straight into the CIQ complex.
From the CIQ arrival area, follow signs for R&F Mall / R&F link bridge — a fully sheltered walkway, about 10 minutes on foot. We're in Phase 2 (Mercu 2), unit B-3A-55. Lost? WhatsApp us at +60 17-323 6169 and we'll guide you in.
Cross the Causeway and follow signs to R&F Princess Cove / R&F Mall (Jalan Tanjung Puteri) — mall parking is right below the towers. Open our pin in Google Maps.
📍 Coming soon: the JB–Singapore RTS Link (Woodlands North ↔ Bukit Chagar) is slated to open around end-2026 / early 2027 — and Bukit Chagar station is right in our neighbourhood. Getting here is about to get even easier.
